Does your "AI strategy" feeling like throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what will stick? Skip the hype and try these 3 questions instead.
Here's what I mean:
Before your team starts using AI in daily work, you don’t need a 40-page policy.
You need a simple decision filter.
Try asking your staff to inspect with these 3 questions:
What data are we using?
Are we putting private client information, employee details, financial records, proprietary strategy, or sensitive internal documents into the tool?
Who reviews the output?
AI can draft, summarize, suggest, and organize. But someone still needs to check the work, especially when accuracy, tone, legal risk, or customer trust matters.
What happens if it’s wrong?
>If the answer is “nothing serious,” it may be a good place to experiment.
>If the answer is “We could mislead a customer, violate privacy, damage trust, or make a bad business decision,” slow down and build in human review.
You don't have to be afraid to try things with AI, but you can get smarter about it.
It can start with better questions.
Try these three in your next staff meeting and see which use cases are safe, useful, and worth exploring.
