The Build Sprint

Build your own internal app. With me in the room.

Go from an idea to a working internal tool over about two months of working sessions — deployed live on the Microsoft or Google account your company already uses. You build it. I keep you unstuck. The skill stays with you.

Why it hasn’t happened yet

You’ve got the idea. You just haven’t been able to ship it.

Most owners stall in the same three places. None of them are hard the second time. They’re hard the first time, alone.

01

The setup wall

Which tool, which accounts, where does the thing even live. You spend a weekend on setup and never reach the build.

02

The stuck-in-the-middle wall

It half-works. Something breaks, you lose the thread, and the half-built tool sits in a tab until you give up.

03

The “is this real” wall

Even when it runs locally, getting it deployed somewhere your team can actually use feels like a black box.

The Build Sprint is me, sitting with you, walking you over all three.

How the Build Sprint works

You drive the keyboard. I make sure it ships.

You build it

You bring the idea and you’re hands-on the whole way. That’s the point — the knowledge stays with you, not with a contractor.

A longer start, then short sessions

We begin with a longer session or two to get you set up and moving, then settle into a groove of 30–60 minute sessions until it’s done — over about two months. We keep going until you’re happy.

On the account you already own

We deploy to Azure or Google Cloud, signed in with the Microsoft 365 or Google account your business already uses. No new vendor, no mystery hosting bill.

Everything that’s included

What you get in the Build Sprint

Real working time and the setup around it — so the app doesn’t just get built, it gets used.

Live build sessions

A longer session or two up front to get rolling, then a rhythm of 30–60 minute working sessions over roughly two months. Real hands-on time, not lectures — and we go until you’re happy with the result.

Your environment, set up right

Tools, accounts, and the vibe-coding workflow configured on your machine, so you’re never fighting setup instead of building.

A real deployment pipeline

We get your app live on Azure or Google Cloud — signed in with the Microsoft or Google account your company already owns. This is the part most people never get past.

The hard part, handled

A live destination for your team

A real URL your people can actually open and use — not a demo running on your laptop that disappears when you close it.

Go-live ready

The repeatable workflow

The actual way of working, so when you want a second tool you can build it without me.

Handoff doc + your code

Plain-English notes and the repository, in your hands. Nothing about your tool stays a black box.

What changes

From “someday” to a tool your team uses this quarter.

Say goodbye to

  • Five-figure quotes for a simple internal tool
  • Off-the-shelf software that doesn’t fit how you actually work
  • Waiting on someone else for every small change
  • “We’ll build it one day” — for the third year running

Say hello to

  • A tool built around your real process, by you
  • Changing it yourself, the day you need to
  • A live app your team is actually using
  • Knowing you can build the next one on your own

Built in a Build Sprint

Meet the SNACK Program’s command center.

Shannon runs the SNACK Program. She was stitching the work across a patchwork of disconnected SaaS tools — and every new hire had to learn all of them. In her Build Sprint she built one program manager to replace the lot: referrals, a daily work queue, scheduling, outreach, and live reporting, simple enough to hand to a new team member on day one. It’s deployed and running for her team today. She wasn’t handed a tool. She built it, and she runs it.

Shannon — SNACK Program

“I replaced a pile of disconnected tools with one system I actually understand — and it’s simple enough that a new hire gets it on day one.”

Be honest with yourself here

Who this is for — and who it isn’t.

This is for you if…

  • You run or operate an SMB and want a tool that fits your workflow
  • You’d rather understand and own the tool than just receive it
  • You’re up for being hands-on a couple hours at a time
  • You have a real process worth tooling — intake, scheduling, tracking, quotes, a simple dashboard

It’s not for you if…

  • You want it fully built for you, hands-off — that’s a different (done-for-you) engagement, and I’m happy to point you there
  • You’re after an enterprise-grade, compliance-heavy system
  • You don’t have a couple hours every week or two to put in

Who you’re working with

Joe Sessions

I’m a product manager and technical architect with more than five years building software — C#, Python, and the kind of QA discipline that keeps things from breaking after launch. Lately I’ve been helping small businesses put AI to work in production, including a HIPAA-compliant scheduling tool deployed on Azure for a healthcare practice. I build these systems for a living, and I keep the work clean enough that the people who own them can actually maintain them.

This isn’t a course or a recording. It’s me, sitting with you, building your tool until it’s live and you’re confident running it.

The seats

10seats in this round — and it’s me in the room with you the whole way, not a team member and not a recording.

When the ten are full, the round’s full. If you want it to be me building alongside you, this is the round to grab.

Questions

Before you claim a seat

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You’ll be using AI-assisted (“vibe coding”) tools to build. I guide, you drive — and you’ll come out of it understanding how your tool works.

What kind of app can I actually build?

Internal tools that fit how your business runs — intake forms, schedulers, trackers, quote builders, simple dashboards. In our first session we’ll scope something real and useful to your business.

Where does the app actually live?

On Azure or Google Cloud, signed in with the Microsoft 365 or Google account your company already uses. No new vendor to sign up for, and the account stays yours.

How much of my time does this take?

We start with a longer session or two to get set up, then settle into 30–60 minute sessions, spread across roughly two months, until your app is done. We use the time where it counts and keep going until you’re happy.

What happens if I get stuck after the sprint?

You’ll walk away with the repeatable workflow, a plain-English handoff doc, and your own code — so you’re genuinely set up to keep going on your own. And because you built it with me, you’ll understand how it works well enough to change it.

Is it really you, or a team member?

It’s me. This round is ten seats so I can work with each person directly.

What do I need before we start?

Just your idea and the Microsoft or Google account your business already uses. We handle the rest together in the first session.

Walk away with your own working app — and the skill to build the next one.

Ten seats this round, built alongside you from idea to live. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
